Shri Kishore Purswani is a seasoned professional with over 38 years of leadership experience in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he held senior positions including Executive Director at the Corporate Office, New Delhi, and General Manager at BHEL Bhopal.

Recognized nationally as an authority in quality systems, leadership development, and human resource management, he has delivered more than 700 lectures and training sessions across various Industries and academic Institutes on topics such as systems implementation, quality enhancement, career growth, leadership, emotional intelligence, and professional development. As a certified Emotional Intelligence Trainer (TISS, India), he has guided executives, managers, and students in enhancing their personal and professional effectiveness.

He has played a key role in mentoring young talent, conducting training programs for senior executives at IIM Calcutta and Bangalore, and working with universities to improve the quality of engineering education. His leadership at the Corporate Learning Institute (BHEL) and later as Head of HR & Corporate Relations at IES University, Bhopal, reflects his deep commitment to education, talent development, and career guidance.

Currently serving as an Independent Director at Inspross Engineers Pvt. Ltd., and continuing as member Board of Appointment of BHEL. Shri Purswani also provides guidance to institutes and universities.
